• Return Policy: For books, we will accept returns up to two months after the shipment date. We will only accept books that are returned to us in the condition that they were shipped; we can credit the cost of the book into your account with ATC, or issue a refund. If at any point you receive a book that has been damaged in the mail, or has printing errors, we will happily accept it back and provide you with another copy of the book.

We do not accept returns on periodicals subscriptions, or on videos and CDs, unless they are damaged or defective. Damaged or defective videos and CDs should be sent back to us, and we will exchange the damaged copies for new ones.

For libraries and individuals who have approval plans with us, this two month time limit is waived, and you may return items to us at any point.
